3 Ways to Provide a Better Customer Experience
Lately I have been reading a lot about the Employee Experience, Customer Experience, and Customer Centricity. The main thought I have been engaging with is: How do we make our customer experience at our schools similar to the great experiences we all love to get at places like Chik-Fil-A, Nordstroms, or Discount Tire.
Here are three quick observations:
The way you treat and value employees has the biggest impact on how they treat customers. Employee experience (EX) is what leads to great Customer Experience (CX).
Customer experience is more than customer service. It is the way people feel about and interact with your organization at every single touch point. From enrollment to graduation. It also includes both internal and external customers.
A great customer experience is everyone’s responsibility, not just the front desk receptionist.
